Justin M. Ginsburg, J.D., LL.M., is a Principal Attorney with Elville and Associates, P.C., where he practices in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, tax planning and tax controversy.

Mr. Ginsburg’s extensive 25-year career includes challenging positions in litigation, real estate development finance and tax controversy, and since 2017, Justin has helped hundreds of clients achieve their estate planning goals by creating practical solutions that carefully balance legal, tax and other considerations. Justin's interest in law began while studying economics as an undergraduate when he learned that patents are legal monopolies and became intrigued by the legal system’s impact on business.

Justin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2014, where he concentrated in Business Law, and his LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in 2020. He also holds an M.B.A. in Finance, with honors, from the University of Baltimore/Towson University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Justin is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia and before the United States Tax Court and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association.

Justin provides legal assistance to individuals with limited income as a volunteer attorney with the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service.
