Randall D. ("Randy") Fisher serves as Senior Counsel at Elville and Associates, P.C., where he draws upon more than twenty-five years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and wealth preservation for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families. An AV-rated attorney known for his precision, insight, and empathy, Randy partners with clients to help them navigate complex personal and financial dynamics with clarity, purpose, and peace of mind.

At Elville and Associates, Randy's work reflects the firm's commitment to education, collaboration, and proactive planning. His practice focuses on sophisticated estate and tax planning techniques — including grantor retained annuity trusts (GRATs), sales to intentionally defective grantor trusts (IDGTs), qualified personal residence trusts (QPRTs), and charitable lead and remainder trusts — as well as advanced strategies such as domestic asset protection trusts and single-family private trust companies. He regularly counsels clients in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Texas on integrating these tools into plans that honor their families, values, and long-term goals.

Before joining Elville and Associates, Randy served as Chair of the Trusts & Estates Practice at Omnus Law, a fully remote, tech-enabled firm, where he led attorneys and staff in developing advanced planning strategies and client service models. Earlier in his career, he founded and managed the Fisher Law Office in Annapolis, Maryland, building a strong regional reputation for sophisticated yet approachable planning and client education. His experience also includes serving as General Counsel to a mid-sized private company, overseeing mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance — experience that continues to inform his counsel on business succession and entity planning.

A frequent lecturer for the National Business Institute (NBI) and author of continuing legal education materials, Randy shares the firm's belief that education empowers clients to make informed, confident decisions about their legacies. His commentary on tax-efficient planning and trust design has been featured in national media outlets.

Randy is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Texas, and Wyoming, with Pennsylvania admission pending. He holds a J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law, an M.A. from Midwestern University, and a B.J. in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin.
